I gather from
this article
that Baby Blue was operating in Leicester up to two years ago, so this re-incarnation may be seen as a new venue - not that common at the moment.

I don't think that this particular venue has featured on UTK; it appears that it got a licence two years ago but then closed - if, indeed, it ever opened. I don't think that it's one of the other venues we've listed under a different name?
