Makes interesting reading and has implications for any council trying to use planning laws in the future. A legal precedent has been set and now can be used by other venues. Whilst not being a knock out punch against the anti's it shapes future arguments when objectors try to raise planning as a reason to close a venue. No council is going to want to pay for the clubs legal bills.

Closed for some time, probably since the summer of 2019.
