The Forrestors has had strippers since the early 70s but for the last 25 years or so there has been rumours of redevelopment, maybe it's finally happening !

The "panel" Leeds used does not seem very representative, roughly 50% want a ban on lap dancing clubs here while Kent Uni's survey suggested that nationally only 3% wanted a ban. I suspect that the public consultation in the summer will kill this idea but if it does not chosing which 3 of ...

They tried to do something similar in Leicester and 1 of the closed clubs won a court case.

It looks like Coventry will go for a nil policy but will allow Club Heat to continue { a bit like Hackney}. Aparently 53% of the 500 in the consultation wanted a nil policy.

I understand that after a judicial review Angels has been granted an SEV , interesting as I can see a few more judicial revues coming and I wonder now whether councils will decide not to contest them.

Inspector Knacker has {after an FOI request} now been forced to admit that he has no evidence whatsoever that lap dance clubs increase sexual assaults. If I was behind Kiss I think I would sue Cornwall Police over them misleading the licensing committee.
